Babe Ruth (Ages 13-15) - Our registration fee is $300 per player for Belmont/Redwood Shores residents and $320 per player for players residing in Burlingame, Hillsborough, San Mateo, Foster City, Halfmoon Bay, Moss Beach, Princeton, El Granada, Pacifica, Daly City, Brisbane, San Carlos, Millbrae, San Bruno, South San Francisco, and San Francisco. In addition to the rising costs of equipment, supplies and umpires, we must implement a more thorough background screening of our volunteers and on-going coaching support as mandated by Babe Ruth, Inc. While it's important to us to provide a reasonably priced sports outlet for the families in our community, we must also ensure a safe and positive environment for learning and growing in the game of baseball. At a small fraction of the cost of a for-profit baseball program, Bel-Mateo Babe Ruth delivers top quality baseball instruction due to the volunteer status of our excellent coaches. We ask you to come out, get involved, have a good time, and enjoy your game with your classmates and neighbors.

Because our league is run by volunteers, we can always use more help. This year, we are once again in need of Team Managers and Coaches as we have lost a couple to graduation of their boys to the next level of baseball. If anyone is interested in Managing or Coaching please contact Vice President Nic Bojorski at nic.bojarski@gmail.com. We also have openings on the Board of Directors. Being a Board Member is key to the leauge, in which you can make a difference. Anyone interested please contact me rvsv@comcast.net.

Finally, our league welcomes financial support from a variety of sources in an effort to keep player costs down. Through Concessions proceeds, and team sponsorships, we are continually able to bring our quality baseball program at an affordable cost to the families in our community. REFUNDS: ONCE A PLAYER IS SELECTED TO A TEAM THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, UNLESS A PLAYER CANNOT PARTICIPATE DUE TO AN INJURY.

To participate in the 2013 season, all players register online using our new registration system or they must do the following:

1. Fill out the printable registration and medical consent. 2. Enclose a copy of the player's birth certificate (if new to the league).
5. Mail all completed paperwork, and a check made out to Bel Mateo Babe Ruth by JANUARY 12th (sign-up deadline) to:
